My experience there was outstanding. When I arrived they were expecting me and were very prepared. I explained to them again what me concerns were with my vehicle and the service representative noted everything. He also told me that in addition they needed to perform some other required maintenance.
After my interaction with service department I was guided to the loaner car desk, where I was also expected. I give her my information and she took me out to my loaner vehicle. The vehicle was very clean and I was on my way.
The service representative called me later that day and told me that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at my car was ready and I had absolutely no problems.

From reception to delivery everyone was wonderful to us.
John , Eric and all we encountered provided 5 star service. Eric ordered new mats for my car which arrived with in days. The technician who installed the mats was polite and efficient.
Eric followed up with me the day after deliver . In addition, I called him from the road and he was gracious and eager to assist.
All efforts were made to make the purchase transition a favorable one.

He took us for a test drive in the kind of car I wanted. for the most part excellent. Had minor issues with loaner dept. Mileage was not right(873 compared to 5700 +) and gas 1/2 tank compared to 7/8) was not right. They also did not check car in with me upon return. So damage could have been done in lot and I would have be assumed to have done it. A bit sloppy there. I mention to reception guys two items I need worked on and being my first time there was not aware that I need to advise Tom. So they did not get looked at.Overall-excellent service just a few minor occurances.

Unfortunately, while on my drive home that Saturday from BMW of Mt Laurel, the warning light came on that my right front tire was low on air pressure. After arriving home, I went to inspect the tire, and to my surprise, found a large sidewall gash. The tire center said it could not be repaired, and probably was the result of hitting a pothole. I did not hit a pothole on my way home from BMW of Mt. Laurel that day, and I'm not inferring BMW of Mt Laurel hit a pothole; however, I would have expected BMW of Mt. Laurel to bring it to my attention, especially after I was told all tires were inspected and air pressure was added, if there was a need.

I had a problem that was a bit out of the ordinary, and it was not immediately apparent how to fix it. I appreciated Dave's quick attention and his honesty in presenting me with the facts and telling me that they would have to seek help from BMW. He asked that I return with the vehicle when I could leave it with them. Dave made the appointment for me and got everything resolved on the next visit.
There was one particular issue that Dave could not help me with, so he had me talk to Ray King, the Service Manager. Ray was a tremendous help in resolving that last issue to my satisfaction.
All in all, they have been a great team to deal with.

My expierence was very good I was told pretty early on that my car had a recall on it even before I received the notice in the mail. The only negitive comment i had is i kept calling to find out what time my car would be done and no one ever called me back. It took four phone calls and i am almost a half hour away and barely made it before closing time.

Bobby Jones is always very attentive to understanding the reason for the service visit whether it be a routine visit or a problem to be solved. He listens and then takes action.
It makes one feel confident that all will be OK when you pick up your car.
The complete team also contributes to the good feeling starting with Eric as you pull in and others like Meg for making sure your rental is ready to go and a nice goodbye and have a nice day gesture.
Even Ray has the time to say Hi as he passes by in the hallway.

My vehicle was seen for maintenance and due to the service line being down I was unable to arrange for a loaner. When I picked up my car it ran very smooth and clunking/thud noise was completely gone at first. During my ride home I noticed a clunk on every turn and a loud whistling noise. I was told that a tool was left in the engine bay somewhere and they fixed the whistle noise that same day. Now when I brake or driving at low speeds I hear and feel a humming thud noise. On a good note, Tom Keenan was very professional and gets 5 stars from me, besides that my experience was inconveniencing.

In response to your inquiry regarding to our recent visit pertaining to a recall of our BMW model for a faulty cable please find the following response.
1. The service was handled with courtesy and was very professional. The work on the car including washing was completed within the stated time . When the car was completed we were notified by a service representative who explained to us the work that was done. Again I need to tell you the service was most satisfactory.
2. With one problem being taken care of, another one was created. Shortly after we had picked up the car we found the left cup holder under the dash board jammed and as of to date we are unable to use it.
3. This may not be related to the service but I do need to mention it because it is not known if this has happened on other BMW cars/models. When getting gas it was found out that the plastic part from the gas cap had separated and closed off the pipe to the gas tank. Needles to say we could not get gas and had to return to the dealership to have the problem corrected. It is felt this should not happen for the quality expected from a BMW. This is our second BMW and overall we are very satisfied with the service and our car and it is felt that those seemingly small items will be taken care of.

My visit this time was to correct an issue with the repair of my wheels. I was not satisfied with the job and called my service advisor, James Dagastine to find out if there was anything that could be done. James listened to and validated my issues with the job and was genuinely concerned and apologetic. He set up appointments to have my wheels looked at and ultimately repaired to my satisfaction and kept me informed throughout the process. James did everything right from a customer service standpoint. My wheels now look terrific again and I am a happy customer. P.S. on a separate issue. My wife suddenly lost her contact list on our X3 and 328. We went to you, Verizon and Apple. No one solved the problem. In frustration we upgrade to an Apple 5. Same problem. Yesterday, (3-26) I went to your dealership. Likely, James was there and solved the problem. Ther was a picture icon attached to a number that the X3's software did recognized and would let list upload. I do not know what I would have done if James was not there. It be smart if your service people can not solve a Bluetooth problem they contact Jamed for advice. Lou Donato.

One week prior to my purchase I was just looking. Ky introduced himself to me and we struck up a nice conversation about my Corvette and my prior muscle cars. The black 335i caught my eye and Ky offered me a test drive with no selling pressure........great approach.

The last years of my life cut short by cancer, will be the best ones. If money could save me from the statistically signifacant truth, I would visit more often. The appeal is the customer experience. Having worked for the Ritz Carlton, BMW of Mt. Laurel is a place that enlivens the senses in a warm and friendly yet refined atmoshere. To take care of customer needs is furthered by the anticipation of those needs. It is an ambience of care and concern, where people will spend money for something and receive a greater amount of value in exchange. Personalized service from having your door opened by the intake service gentlemen in the garage who know you by name, to the client service advisors (your doctor-in kind) readily available to address your needs having intimate knowledge of your past visits. The experience evokes the feeling VIP's are afforded, regardless of the year make and model of the car. In my case a 2002 325i Sport and Luxury package, which I adore. It is my pleasure to exchange earned income for greater value ratio. No bargain independent BMW "specialist" will ever separate me from Sal S and Chris W, and the entire team that make the experience a unique and special part of my day. If only my car would break down more often, hah!
