If the vehicle I want is not in stock, how long will it take to locate the vehicle? What is the process and what options do I have?
If a vehicle that you’re interested in is not part of our in-stock inventory, depending on the vehicle, we can usually locate the one you want within a day through a network of other BMW dealers. We’re able to do this because of the extensive partnerships we’ve built with other BMW dealers. We recommend you contact a Client Advisor or a Sales Manager for more information. How do you determine the trade-in value for a vehicle?
Each trade-in is appraised differently based on various criteria, such as year, condition and current market value. Our preowned vehicle managers will do a thorough assessment (including test driving), which allows us to provide the customer with a proper trade-in value. Since we sell the most BMW cars in the Philadelphia Metro Area, we need a large supply of vehicles to replenish what we sell, and one of the ways we acquire this inventory is through trade-ins. In other words, we’ll provide the highest trade in value for you—we need your vehicle!

What types of purchasing methods do you offer?
BMW of Mt. Laurel offers methods that include leasing, financing and cash payments. Most of our BMW lease and finance arrangements are made through BMW Financial Services. We also have many direct relationships with banks and lending institutions where we may be able to offer additional options. Please contact the BMW Finance Department for more information.

How do I order BMW accessories?
You may order original BMW accessories through or parts department website by clicking on the accessories tab or lifestyle tab for clothing and BMW apparel. You can also stop by and browse our showroom and boutique for all the latest BMW accessories and lifestyle clothing options.

Where do I order BMW parts?
You may contact any of our certified BMW parts advisors to see if we have your part(s) in stock. If we don’t have what you need in stock, we can place an order for them. Most BMW auto parts orders take about two to five days to arrive.

How do I contact the parts department?
You can call (855) 465-6267 or fill out a parts request form located on the parts tab of the website. Please remember to supply us your vehicle’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) so we can quote you the correct parts for your BMW vehicle.

What are your return policies?
Parts that are in stock can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt. There are no returns on electrical parts. Special order parts carry a 15% restocking fee. Special order parts with a value of under $20.00 are not returnable to BMW. Installed parts cannot be returned. Purchases paid for in cash will be refunded via a company check the following day. Items returned that were paid for other than in cash, will be credited via the method of original payment.

Yes. If you shop online for BMW car accessories, you’ll see a price for the part only, and an installed price. Our service and parts advisors can help with any questions you may have.

We are open Mon thru Friday 7:30 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Or you can shop us online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
