Does BMW of Mt. Laurel provide loaner vehicles?
We have a fleet of 60 Loaner vehicles, these are provided based on availability and we try our level best to accommodate clients. The only qualifying factors are that you are 25 or over, your vehicle is within factory warranty, a copy of your driving license, proof of insurance and a major credit card.
How can I determine when my vehicle is due for its next service?
In most cases, you can look at the odometer within the first 4 seconds after start up and it will display when your service is due. You could also stop by and have one of our Service Advisors read your key for service coming up or due.
I did not purchase my BMW from BMW of Mt. Laurel; can you still service my vehicle?
Absolutely! As an authorized BMW dealer in NJ, we will service vehicles for customers who did not purchase from us including warranty & non-warranty concerns.
Do you detail vehicles?
We do provide detailing services and offer different types of detailing packages. You may contact your service advisor for more information. We can also repair damage to aluminum wheels. A service advisor can provide a better assessment of what is needed.
Can I bring my BMW to you for collision damage or bodywork?
While we do not have a body shop on site, we do offer body shop services from our Collision Center located at 571 W. Rt.38 in Maple Shade. They can be reached at (888) 884–5220.
