I am a dental student at the University of Pennsylvania. When I was purchasing my car, I was in the busiest time of school year- No time to eat, no time to sleep, and obviously, no time to shop a car. However, Eduard patiently walked me through every step, and I was able to get a great deal on a beautiful car. Honestly, I could feel he did everything he could do for me, and he did not mind going through extra works because of I am an international student. My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 328i BMW from your dealership. I had to write to tell you that I have purchased many cars from many different agencies; but I have never been treated so nicely. Harry Goldberg is definitely a credit to your organization. I have never purchased a car over the phone. But I guess there is always a first. I spoke with Harry and after speaking to him I knew he was an honest person that I could trust. He was really interested in helping me find the right car but also was extremely attentive to my needs. I spoke to at least 20 BMW dealerships and visited about 10. Everyone of their sales people were only interested in making a fast buck; and were not helpful.
Harry listened to my financial concerns and got back to me very shortly with an offer that worked for me. My wife and I came to your agency the next evening and Harry waited for us to arrive. We live in Margate N.J. He could not do enough for us. He made our buying experience very enjoyable and extremely pleasant. He is personable, honest, caring, and an all around wonderful human being. This is our first BMW and we love driving the car. Harry took his time and showed us all the amenities in the car. He was very patient. Every sales person should go to the Harry Goldberg Salesmanship School.
He left such a lasting impression on us, that I will definitely buy my next BMW from Harry. Harry Goldberg should be applauded for his excellence in the way he treats the customer. I feel very luck that Harry called me and helped me make this purchase.

I feel that this dealership is EXCELLENT in how they handle their customers and the cars with the exception of the fact that I really feel the car should be thoroughly detailed and cleaned when brought in for an extensive service of any sort. It is not a complicated request. Other than that, I would continue to use this particular dealership. Nick Vitanza is my service advisor and I also feel he is 100% of the reason I come in to this location....a superb representative of the company. And keep in mind that I drive about 2 hours to get to this dealership....the closest one is located about 45 minutes from my home (Sussman in Pleasantville).

"I have been dealing with James Dagastine and even though my BMW is a 1997 w/ almost 110k miles on it, he still treats me as though it was a brand new car. He makes no difference b/t a new and old BMW, just is a terrific customer service person. I only had to wait 3 days to get in, b/c I had asked for a certain date, but I'm sure he would have squeezed me in had I needed to get in earlier. The service receptionist meeting you with a check-off list is a first among dealers and note worthy. She provided immediate attention and was very nice also. The service writer handled the process perfectly and the service Sarah also supported having the loaner brought to unload my company material form my car to the loaner. This again is 1st class handling of helping the customer have an easy transition. She also handled the return visit swapping out things from the loaner to my car by bringing it around quickly during the process. Time is money to me and time is on short supply today. The DeSimone people, all of them, act as team to get you in and out quickly but also take the time to listen to your needs...Thanks again for the pleasant experience.
