Scam dealership. Went to buy a CPO M4 Competition convertible, went through the test drive with Sebastian and asked about the certification process during the drive and was told the car passed without issue and the paperwork was at the dealership.
Got to the dealership to be told the vehicle is NOT certified. Meanwhile, a month has passed and the listing still says certified as well as the Carfax. Sounds like fraud but that's to be determined I suppose.

My experience with Holman BMW has been extremely disappointing. The General Manager (Richard), Service Manager (Laudy), and Customer Service Representative (Cheryl) have not handled this matter competently or professionally.
My BMW M440 has been in their service department for over two months. I was told the powertrain warning light was caused by a failing battery. Worst experience ever will be getting the news and legal action after they had me give them money for something I already owned and still owned and could have avoided I will never do business with them ever again.
I generally avoid dealer visits unless it's for warranty items. Took my car there to get wheels swapped (summer to winter) and they proceeded to drop a tire on the side skirt rocker panel and gashed it. They covered it up with grease to conceal it and I didn't see it until I arrived home. Emailed them about the issue requesting the part be replaced and never heard back. Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service which has seemed to have drastically declined over the past 8 months or so. My car was not running well, limp mode and all the dash lights were on. Sep 13 I had it towed to your shop for service. I was told it needed a wheel speed sensor and throttle body valve. It would cost aprox $4k for the repairs. I was told Fri, Sep 20 the car was ready. I asked if he could make sure all the dash lights were out. Oil change and window chip repair. Chip repair wasn’t great and manager agreed so he offered to remove the charge. Instead I asked him to redo it during my next visit. I appreciate them backing up their work, and will look forward to seeing this chip repair improve during my next visit.

Kathy and Matt took wonderful care of my vehicle. Worked with my third party warranty company and resolved my issues quickly and left with a balance lower than quoted. Service and communication above and beyond other BMW dealerships in the area, and I’ve been to all of them.

I've been dealing with the Holman family's BMW of Mt Laurel dealership for decades because their people are courteous, efficient, helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. The drop off, loaner vehicle, and pick up process could not have been any easier.
Jason was very professional and personable and kept me informed as to what the mechanic recommended and the timeframe and cost of the repairs and service.
My service advisor, John, was excellent. He made sure I had a ride to and from where I needed to go while my car was being serviced. He was also extremely pleasant and customer friendly. He made my experience a great one.
Was in for oil change/service and vehicle inspection. The technician (Ernesto, I believe it was?) did some great report building with his inspection video, referencing my 82nd Veteran plate cover connecting to his experience in NC where Ft. Bragg is located, and thanking me for my service. The communication and processing from the service rep. (Robert Gamble) was smooth, up to date and courteous. Obtaining the loaner, dropping off and picking up also went smoothly even though they were noticeably quite busy.
I could not be more thrilled with my experience at BMW of Mt. Laurel! I am a 15 year veteran of the auto industry and as such my expectations were not very high. First time there with my 2013 Bmw, felt like I had a treatment of a brand new car.
2024 X7 M60I, during my recent service my advisor recommended wheel a alignment on a 6 month old car, when I questioned it he said you must have it a pothole, then put me on hold, came back and said these are high performance tires and are almost worn down, so i asked him to ask manager to comp this one since car is so new, i told him we did not hit a pothole. Brought car in for alignment.
Picked up car and noticed that the steering wheel was crooked. When driving in a straight line, the steering wheel was offset to the left. Brought the car back yesterday for a second time. After a few hours received the car back.

My service advisor Jason was very courteous and engaging and immediately attempted to fix the part that broke off. After multiple tries, unfortunately the part had to be ordered and it promptly arrived the following day. I received a call and came in for service to get the new part installed. Not only was everything taken care of, but my vehicle was also washed, vacuumed, and tire shined looking just fantastic. The new renovation reflects the friendly staff that I encountered while waiting in the showroom. Congratulations, and that's why I always go to BMW of Mt. Laurel.

Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.
The staff is always polite and informative. My vehicle is serviced properly, timely and thoroughly.

Hi, the break fluid and oil change service was on brand! That simply means the efficiency in which I was greeted, the complimentary beverages, comfortable waiting area, and the time it took to complete the scheduled services, in addition to Elvin explaining the end results in detail, was exemplary. I purchased a new 2024 X3 in Sep 2023. I had the car three months and decided it was really not for me. Did not really feel like a 56k car. Rattled! OMG. Sometimes emergency braking the car went side to side confused "Technology?" ..

I purchased an extended maintenance contract from them because the Finance people need to eat too, and it was not as radical as the extended warranty.

I've owned BMW's from BMW Mount Laurel for a number of years. They make the experience as comfortable as possible. Their service folks, especially Jason Krawczyk, are always doing whatever possible to make service convenient.
STAY AWAY…I don’t know what’s going on in this service department, but most of my visits have been disappointing. Twice this year, I had to go back for something they didn’t do correctly. I took my car in for transfer case problem. What’s suppose to be a 2 visit process, took 3 visits because they “forgot” to do something. 2-3 weeks ago, I took my car in for routine maintenance oil, brake pads etc. Got the car back and a week later, warning light came on and said “change brake pads” and had to go back. Sebastian was an extremely well informed salesman and wasn’t remotely pushy. My wife and I research and watch car reviews extensively, and Sebastian was the first salesman I’ve encountered that I didn’t feel like I knew more about his own product than he did. Love the car and love the dealership! After having a horrible experience at another dealership (not BMW), we decided to stop on a whim and take a look at some BMW models that interested us. Our salesman, Mike, greeted us when we entered and did everything he could to make sure we had a great experience. In fact, all of the team with which we interacted were excellent. We found a perfect car at a fair deal. Couldn't be happier! Will do business again with them anytime.
This dealership is very professional except for service advisor Kathy Jakacki. She is unwilling to explain anything and when you ask her a specific question, she is very non-transparent. She speaks with a rude tone and I even witnessed her rolling her eyes to her colleague. Don’t be fooled when she calls you and sounds professional, her lines are recorded. I do not recommend working with her. I wish I worked with a better service advisor.

This was my initial scheduled Service experience w/ BMW Mt. Laurel and I couldn't be more satisfied w/ all aspects of the Service provided to me. From scheduling, availability of a courtesy vehicle, the virtual workaround of my vehicle, and the condition of my vehicle upon completion of service. I was particularly appreciative of Kathy Jakacki's professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire (checkin/checkout) process. Look forward too much of the same in the future.

I actually blew out two tires on the highway ramp- a first. Road side assistance was there to tow the car into my trusted in whee Laurel. A friendly uber driver was arranged to drive me to work. By the time I finished my morning meeting the tires were ordered and a recommended wheel alignment was priced -very reasonable. The work was done and the car was returned washed, shining and purring on my drive home early afternoon. It was a perfect experience!
Joel was attentive to our needs. There was no back and forth that is usually associated with car buying. Austin was amazing right from the beginning. I got my first flat tire on my run flat tires and I was uncertain how to proceed. I spoke on the phone with Austin in Service and he assured me that Mt Laurel had my tire in stock and then he directed me on what to do.
