How do I order accessories for my BMW?

You may order original BMW accessories through our parts department website here. You can also stop by and browse our BMW showroom and boutique for all the latest BMW accessories and lifestyle clothing options.

Where do I order parts?

You may contact any of our certified BMW parts advisors to see if we have your part(s) in stock. If we don't have what you need in stock, we can place an order for them. Most part orders take about two to five days to arrive.

How do I contact the parts department?

You can phone us at (856) 840-1486 or fill out a parts request form located on the parts tab of the website. Please remember to supply us your vehicle's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) so we can quote you the correct parts for your BMW.

What are your return policies?

Parts that are in stock can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt. There are no returns on electrical parts. Special order parts carry a 15% restocking fee. Special order parts with a value of under $20.00 are not returnable to BMW. Installed parts cannot be returned. Purchases paid for in cash will be refunded via a company check the following day.  Items returned that were paid for other than in cash, will be credited via the method of original payment.

Do you install accessories?

Yes, we do! If you shop online for accessories, you'll see a price for the part only, and an installed price. Our BMW parts advisors can help with any questions you may have.

Where is the parts department located?

Our parts counter is located in the boutique area, just behind the main greeter station at the front of the store.

What are your hours?

We are open Mon thru Friday 7:30AM till 6:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM till 5:00PM. Or you can shop us online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
